NanoCam Plus Dash Cams - The Wi-Fi signal isn't appearing.

If you find that the Wi-Fi signal form the Dash Cam is not appearing on your Smartphones Wi-Fi settings when you are setting up the device, follow some of the steps below to see if they provide any help.

  1. Try to bring your smartphone closer to the dash cam.
  2. ensure that there are no materials in the surrounding area that could interfere with the signal
  3. Power restart your smartphone.
